As someone who struggled for years with chronic dieting and body image issues, I’ve experienced first-hand the necessity of going deeper than quick tips, tricks, and recommendations for self-care.

I’ve been working as a health coach since 2018, and have repeatedly heard my clients tell me they struggled to maintain their goal weight before coming to work with me. I was elated when Ali Shapiro accepted me as one of only six coaches to be certified to coach using the Truce with Food framework, an evidence-based model of change rooted in adult developmental psychology and behavioral change.

By doing this deep work myself, I was able to deconstruct why I yo-yo dieted for years. Root cause resolution was the crucial step that ignited my transformation, and most health coaching programs miss this. When you can identify your stress eating cycle, you can effectively interrupt patterns that are no longer serving you, patterns like turning to food or diets when life feels chaotic.

I’ve worked with dozens of clients and am here to help you break free from diet culture and recognize that food can be medicine.
