I have a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Studies/Social Services, and a Master's of Social Work. I work with women facing obstacles such as depression, homelessness, broken relationships, barriers to employment, and diminished self-esteem.
I also provide residential services and case management for those who are sick and need assistance or have a limited social network.
In providing counseling services I offer a safe and caring environment while giving hope and encouragement to every individual. I work to introduce new tools that will help my clients cope, grow, and move forward in their lives.
Theoretically, I apply a generalist practice model which entails drawing from a variety of theories and techniques that will facilitate growth for each client within the context of their unique situation.
