Also, our counselors work with people who are experiencing anxiety and depression. Together we can work through the turmoil and the feelings that you have and teach you how to feel better about yourself and take control of your life.

Individual counseling is for those who need help with processing trauma, childhood trauma, relationship issues, anger or other troubles that are keeping you from living life the way you want to.
